DELIVERY INFORMATION & SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:
For all orders within India, we charge a flat shipping fee of INR 100/-. This applies to all domestic orders.

COD Charges:
If you prefer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an additional charge of INR 50 will be added to your order.

Mandatory Telephonic Verification for COD Orders:
To ensure the security of your Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we have implemented a mandatory telephonic verification process before dispatch. Our team will contact you to verify the order details, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

International Shipping:
For our customers outside of India, there is a shipping fee of USD 25 for international orders.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Once your order is shipped, here’s the estimated time it will take to reach you:

  • Domestic Orders: 3-7 working days
  • International Orders: 5-20 working days

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. While we strive to deliver your products within the estimated time frame, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. Rest assured, we will keep you informed if any such delays occur.

Order Tracking:
For orders within India, you can easily track your order using the order ID on the “Track your order” page of our website.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on the regulations and rates imposed by your country.

Courier and Delivery Process:
Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. We process orders within 48 hours of payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our delivery service is trackable and fully insured. The package will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive it, the courier company will make up to two more delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is present to receive the package.

Mailing Hours:
Please note that our mailing team operates from 12:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are processed and packed during these hours.
